Close your eyes and imagine you are sitting at the water’s edge, at a table on the pontoon in the shade. Allow your senses to be carried away by the faint sound of waves and the sweet scents of the lake. Now, open your eyes and admire the clear turquoise water that reveals the pebbles lying at the bottom of the lake, and that invites you to take a dip in its smooth waters.
The emblematic "Le Radeau d’Alexis" restaurant on stilts has pride of place on the lake’s waters, and treats diners to a stunning view over the Swiss lakeshores, mountains including the Dent d’Oche, and the ever-present natural surroundings.
The terraces
The exceptional location of the Hôtel de la Plage’s terraces allows its guests to enjoy sunny days and the ever-changing colours of Lake Geneva.
If you want to get "closer" to the lake, why not ask for a table on the pontoon for a romantic tête-à-tête or for drinks with friends?

The centennial park
The shady park, perfect for strolls beneath the hundred-year-old cedars, is also the ideal place for reflexion and meditation. There is also a petanque pitch.

A car park is available free of charge for Hôtel de la Plage*** and the Le Radeau d’Alexis restaurant guests. Closed garages are available to book at an additional cost of €6/day.

Just a short step away from the Hôtel de la Plage***, a round-pebbled beach stretches out for bathers wishing to take a dip in Europe’s biggest lake. Take advantage of the fitness route, the beach volleyball court and children’s games in its magnificent park. This beach is also the departure point for a walk up to the game reserve in the Dranse delta.

Histoire
& tradition
Alexis Blanc, a great transatlantic traveller, decided to set down his suitcases on the shore of Lake Geneva where he was born and establish the Hôtel de la Plage in 1901.
This is how the family’s history was born... the fourth generation is still following in Alexis’ footsteps and has continued the tradition by welcoming guests to the premium establishment he created.
